Stonegate Manor Events, is a Victorian Era Estate located in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The wedding venue is peacefully tucked into the country, just 10 minutes away from Benton Harbor’s eclectic art district and St. Joseph’s lake-front restaurants, boutique shops and overnight accommodations.
Here in Southwest Michigan we boast some of the finest beaches in the world including Silver Beach, Tiscornia Beach, Rocky Gap County Park, and Jean Klock Park. Many visitors enjoy sunbathing along the shorelines, renting boats for sunset cruises or even securing fishing charters on the St. Joseph River and Lake Michigan. Lake Michigan is just minutes away from Stonegate Manor! In fact many of our couples are able to take timeless, beautiful pictures at Stonegate Manor and also take beach pictures on their wedding day!
Interested in golfing while visiting the area? Book a tee time at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Harbor Shores located just down the road from Stonegate Manor. This world renowned golf course is home to the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship and is a must-see for golf-enthusiasts.
If golf isn’t your thing, visiting families have looked forward to the Whirlpool splash pad and the many other outdoor activities surrounding Stonegate Manor!

Long known for growing first-class wine grapes, Berrien County/SW Michigan is highly regarded for its wines and wineries. Known as “One Trail, Unmatched Wineries – All in Southwest Michigan”, The Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail will be a delight for you and your guests.
Any beer drinkers in your group? Artisan breweries are popping up all over Berrien County and Southwest Michigan. As you drive through the countryside you may well catch sight of what looks like “telephone pole farms”. No, we don’t grow telephone poles here but we do grow acres and acres of hops… an essential ingredient in good brews. The poles support the heavy vines. Check out some of the fine craft breweries by visiting the “Beer-illiant Brewery Tour” sponsored by the Southwest Michigan Tourism Council.
